We are looking for a rockstar B2B Business Development Rep (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) with a proven track record of success.
The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a B2B inside sales role (appointment setting & lead generation) and is excited about helping contribute to a growing startup. This isn't your typical inside sales role, you'll also be a key contributor to the strategy and growth of the company.
We're looking for a senior BDR that enjoys booking meetings and learning about some of the most advanced tactics in the outbound marketing space.
In this role, you'll be working on behalf of our B2B clients as well as promoting our internal products/services. You'll be using the latest and greatest tools, techniques, and processes in outbound marketing.
Responsibilities
Campaign design, testing, and implementation
Cold calling, email, and social outreach
Setting appointments and interacting with our customers
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into Salesforce
Not afraid of cold calling
Being awesome
Qualifications
1+ years' experience in B2B inside sales
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Outreach.io or Salesloft (sales enablement tools) experience is required
The ability to jump between different projects and industries and quickly understand value props for each new client
Strong written and verbal communication skills
