We are seeking an HR Manager will oversee the organization's human resources functions, ensuring effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Managing recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.

  • Overseeing employee onboarding and training programs.

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

  • Collaborating with management on employee performance and development.

  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
