Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, creating and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This individual will also provide customer service, conduct training sessions, and develop new sales opportunities. They will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and develop innovative promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
Experience in conducting Training sessions
Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Familiarity with the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
