Chef
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef, based in Accra. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that food quality and presentation meet company standards. Additional duties include purchasing ingredients, creating menus, and staying updated on culinary trends to introduce new dishes.
Qualifications
Experience in meal planning and preparation
Skills in kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
Knowledge in purchasing ingredients and inventory management
Creativity in menu creation and dish presentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution
