Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kumasi Metropolitan District. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and growing client relationships, presenting Prudential Life Insurance products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and staying updated with industry trends. 


Qualifications 

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
