The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and growing client relationships, presenting Prudential Life Insurance products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and staying updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
