and Kumasi.

Scope of Work:
The freelancer will be responsible for recruiting and supplying frontline guards to our
Accra, Tema, and Kumasi locations.
Frontline Guards Requirements:
● Possess a valid Ghana Card
● Provide a guarantor
● Have a minimum of Junior High School (JHS) education
● Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Have good communication and interpersonal skills
● Be able to work effectively in a team environment
● Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
● Be willing to work a 12-hour shift

Payment Terms:
● 100 GHC per guard recruited
● 50% payment will be made upon successful deployment of guards
● The remaining 50% payment will be made after a month of satisfactory service
Termination:
● Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of one (1) month.
● Freelancer will be paid for all services rendered before the termination date
Obligations of the Freelancer:
● Responsible for recruitment within the catchment area as designated by the HR team
Obligations of G4S:
● Responsible for providing 1 hot meal whilst officers are in training.
● Responsible for transporting officers to the off-site training centers.
