Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and lead a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, preparing detailed sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to align efforts. The position also involves training and mentoring sales representatives to ensure high performance and fostering customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Capable of leading, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve objectives.

  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and prepare detailed sales reports.

  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with expertise in negotiation strategies.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with power solutions, electrical equipment, or related industries is an advantage.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to address challenges effectively.
