Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality websites, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimizing website performance. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, driving customer growth.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

  • Experience Level : Mid level

  • Experience Length : 3 years


Job Description/Requirements

Requirements

  • Able to come into the office twice a week( Mondays and Thursdays- 8:30AM-3:30M)

  • Own laptop to work with both in the office and at home

  • Must not be working another job

  • Monday-Sundays- Saturdays and Sundays only on an ad hoc basis. Not required to come into the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize WordPress websites based on business requirements and design specifications.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.

  • Integrate and configure plugins and themes to enhance website functionality.

  • Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth website operation.

  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.


Technical Requirements

  •  Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.

  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Strong understanding of WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.

  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Additional Skills( Good but not required):

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and WooCommerce.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
