Human Resources Manager(Onsite)
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kumasi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The day-to-day tasks will include managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee inquiries, performance management, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training and development
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee relations
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead HR initiatives
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage
