Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market medical services to healthcare professionals for the new clinic in Accra.
Cultivate relationships with doctors, nurses, and other key stakeholders to drive service marketing and referrals.
Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract healthcare professionals and patients to the clinic.
Collaborate with the clinic's management team to execute marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
Deliver training, conduct presentations, and address inquiries from healthcare professionals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Significant experience in medical sales, with a focus on engaging healthcare professionals and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of medical products, sales best practices, and healthcare industry regulations.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
Proven ability to work autonomously, set priorities effectively, and achieve sales targets consistently.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data and market insights for strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
