Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships to drive business growth. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote products or services and increase revenue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish partnerships.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Provide feedback to the product development team on customer insights and suggestions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
