Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual/Remote Administrative Secretary located in Accra. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The Administrative Secretary will also be tasked with maintaining records and managing files, as well as coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks independently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
