Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Engagement Executive located in Accra. The Sales and Engagement Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, providing feedback to improve services, and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management skills
Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
