Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Ghana. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Qualifications
Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and conducting market research
Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and ensure brand consistency
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the HR industry, is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
