Key Responsibilities:
1.To meet the standards of social responsibility factory inspection for all customers of the company,
establish and improve the company's social responsibility system documents, implement them internally,
and supervise and track their implementation.
2.Assist the company's management in implementing customer codes of conduct and best practices for
employment standards, human resource management, environmental protection, and health and safety.
3.Supervise the procedural documents of corporate social responsibility and continuously improve and
enhance the performance of factory social responsibility.
4.Comprehensively manage and evaluate the factory's social responsibility system, policies, procedures,
training, internal audits, and document preparation.
5.Organize daily meetings with relevant departments within the company to analyze and address issues
related to social responsibility, and consolidate the progress made.
6.Check and follow up on the progress of the company's internal rectification plan, goals, and action
plans.
7.Coordinate and facilitate communication with various departments of the company, such as payroll,
human resources, business operations, health and safety, and maintain a positive communication
relationship with worker representatives.
8.Maintain and enhance knowledge through training courses, conferences, or research topics related to
social responsibility. If necessary, attend meetings or workshops organized by clients (FLA or CSR
organizations).
9.Ensure the applicability and consistency of current laws and regulations in the country and local area of
the company.
10.Evaluate the requirements for various trainings, conduct and manage internal training needs (from
company management to worker level) to enhance and develop performance on various responsibility
themes, evaluate and optimize to achieve good training outcomes.
11.Ensure that company meets (or exceeds) all FLA (Fair Labor Association) responsibilities and
obligations.
12.Conduct pre review work, hold meetings, and ensure that any issues raised by follow-up or third-party
auditors are addressed and resolved.
13.Ensure timely completion of all commitments - i.e. requests or related questionnaires from clients or
third-party auditors.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration,
Environmental Studies, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social compliance, CSR (Corporate Social
Responsibility), or ethical auditing within a manufacturing or export environment.
3.Familiarity with international labor standards, such as ILO conventions, SA8000, FLA (Fair Labor
Association), and other relevant frameworks and certifications.
4.Experience working with third-party audit firms, customer compliance requirements, and remediation
plans.
