Enrollment & Outreach Associate(Remote)
About the Role
EduCareer is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Enrollment Ambassadors to help expand our community of learners. In this role, you will connect with individuals and organizations interested in professional and personal development courses, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them take the next step in their learning journey.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, promoting education, and earning rewards for successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Promote EduCareer’s courses across social media, events, and online communities.
Reach out to potential students and share information about available programs.
Assist prospects through the registration and enrollment process.
Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns.
Keep records of outreach activities and provide regular progress reports.
Represent EduCareer’s mission to make learning accessible and impactful.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education, personal growth, and helping others succeed.
Basic knowledge of social media promotion or digital marketing.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Experience in outreach, sales, or community engagement is a plus (not required).
