As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate the intended message to our target audience. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand project requirements, conceptualize design solutions, and deliver high-quality visual assets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project goals and requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow designers and provide/receive constructive feedback.

• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance design capabilities.

• Adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the development of design standards.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.

• Present design concepts and rationale to clients when necessary.

• Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.

• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

• Translate project briefs and requirements into visually engaging design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

• Proficiency in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to design book covers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must be proficient in Adobe, illustrator, photoshop, inDesign.

• Must be generally creative and be able to work under little or no supervision.
