Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (for teacher position).

● Montessori training and certification.

● Proficiency in English/French (spoken and written).

● Experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the well-being of children.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on the Montessori and Jolly Phonics methodologies.

● Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

● Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of every child.

● Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.

● Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents as needed.

● Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
