Identify and acquire new clients to expand regional market presence, Training and development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM applications and customer support tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue generation.
