Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Entrepreneur located in Kumasi. The Social Entrepreneur will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to social issues. Tasks include identifying community needs, designing projects, securing funding, collaborating with stakeholders, and measuring the impact of initiatives. The position requires frequent engagement with the community to ensure that the projects align with their needs and preferences.

 Qualifications

• Project Management and Strategic Planning skills

• Fundraising and Grant Writing abilities

• Excellent Communication and Networking skills

• Strong Analytical and Research capabilities

• Experience in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field

• Ability to lead and inspire a team

• Passion for social change and community empowerment

• Bachelor's degree in Social Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related field preferred
