Job Summary

The Vehicle Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of vehicles to customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing product information, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.

• Prepare and present vehicle quotations and sales agreements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.

• Liaise with the finance and insurance departments to finalize vehicle sales.

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related industry.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
