Job Summary
As the Senior Accounts Manage, you will manage client portfolios, ensuring that campaigns are successful, on-budget, and align with client goals. You will be instrumental in driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and business development. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing strategies while mentoring and leading a team of account executives.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring open communication and fostering long-term relationships.
Understand clients business needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop strategic marketing solutions to meet those goals.
Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients for continuous optimization.
Strategy & Campaign Oversight:
Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies, integrating SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, and creative direction.
Coordinate with internal teams (media, creative, performance, content, analytics) to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs to ensure maximum performance and ROI for clients.
Pipeline Development & Management
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to generate and acquire new clients, building a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Revenue Growth: Align sales and marketing efforts to target high-value clients and market segments, driving revenue for the agency.
Proposal & Contract Management: Create compelling proposals and contracts that cater to client objectives while maximizing revenue potential.
Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor account executives and junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional development.
Provide guidance on innovative marketing strategies, problem-solving, and client campaign improvements.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the team stays up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
New Business Development
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, driving incremental revenue.
Collaborate with the business development team to support pitches for new clients, providing insights and strategic input based on client experiences.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in account management, preferably within a full-service or digital marketing agency, with a proven record of managing high-value clients and delivering successful campaigns.
Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) and traditional marketing practices.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for presenting complex information in a straightforward, engaging manner.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Problem-solving: Ability to understand client challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive results.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional marketing certifications are advantageous.
