Role description: 

This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Manager at AIDEC Digital in Accra. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring high performance and a customer-focused culture.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall client satisfaction.

  • Monitor service metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvements.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client experience.

  • Train, mentor, and develop the customer service team to ensure consistent growth and performance.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role.

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for improvement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
