Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Coordinator of Volunteers. The Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Daily responsibilities include organizing volunteer schedules, conducting training sessions, ensuring effective communication between volunteers and the organization, and coordinating community outreach programs to enhance engagement and impact. The role will also involve building a relationship with partners and overseeing Budgeting, women’s empowerment programs, and student support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Volunteer Training and Volunteer Management

• University Diploma in a relevant field 

• Experience in Microsoft platforms, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities

• Experience in Community Outreach initiatives

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• A passion for non-profit work and social impact

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or a related field is a plus
