Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager at Leasafric Ghana PLC. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
