We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team. The ideal IT Officer will have a strong background in Information Technology, with expertise in computer systems, networks, and software applications. • Must have at least 5 years working experience in a similar position

• Experience with setting up and managing Windows server/server environments and Linux server/server environments

• Experience in managing multi IP networks.

• Experience with maintenance of equipment and printers.

• Must be a hands-on individual.

• Must be willing to work after working hours.

• Must reside in the Accra Metropolis

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Finance Manager

• Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated areas of the company.

• Ensure smooth running of the company’s network infrastructure.

• Explain technical issues to end users in a plain language.

• Review vendor contracts and coordinate IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.

• Identify IT knowledge gaps among end users and conduct training or recommend appropriate training.
