We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the built environment, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, teams, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction and real estate projects, from planning to completion.

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring efficient execution and delivery within scope.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are on track.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Prepare regular reports for senior management on project status, budget, and timelines.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.

• Lead project meetings, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction 

Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction and real estate projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

In-depth understanding of budgets, contracts, and scheduling.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
