Job Overview
Finepack Industries Ghana Limited, a leading manufacturer in the packaging and printing industry, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative designs that align with brand identity and support marketing, product development, and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and develop visual materials for packaging, labels, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to create print-ready artwork for various packaging products.
Ensure design consistency across all company materials and platforms.
Prepare and review proofs, ensuring accuracy and quality before production.
Liaise with printing and production teams to ensure proper execution of designs.
Create engaging content for digital marketing, social media, and advertising purposes.
Maintain an organized library of design files and templates for easy reference and updates.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the packaging industry.
Provide creative input and visual direction during product presentations and client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a packaging or printing environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
Good understanding of color theory, typography, and print production processes.
Ability to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into compelling designs.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
