We are hiring a Digital acquisition representative to provide strategic input with digital agencies to develop content, creative and messaging across display, paid search and paid social media channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage, optimise and improve the performance of all Always-On Paid Search, Display, Retargeting, New Media and Affiliate activity for the division
Support day to day management of digital marketing channels, including paid search (AdWords, Bing, Yahoo), SEO, and affiliates
Effectively hire, develop and retain a highly effective marketing and analytics team
Design content strategy for Talent Acquisition with a focus on digital, social, mobile, and global content
Ensure the employment brand message integrates into digital content strategy and achieves Talent Acquisition goals by maximizing the impact of content
Drive the digital content experience across multiple channels including our career web page
Build and manage the content roadmap for the Talent Acquisition organization
Align impactful content types with specific points of the candidate journey
Identify KPIs and measure content effectiveness and refine strategy
Work with Advanced Analytics team to determine attribution strategy for all acquisition marketing channels and optimize investments accordingly
