Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Assist the Director of Park Operations in the management and oversight of all aspects of the park, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Safety Compliance: Implementation of all safety protocols of the Park to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Keeping requisite records as per the safety protocols of the Park

  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience during their visit to the park.

  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner, striving to find solutions that uphold the park's standards and reputation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement, employee development, and guest satisfaction enhancement, and implement initiatives to drive continuous growth and success.



WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3 – 4 years’ experience supervising teams in a work environment with high safety consideration

  • Must like working outdoors and be comfortable working at heights up to 10m.

  • Previous experience with experiential and adventure-based activities

  • Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures

  • Safety-conscious frame of mind, with a professional outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic team player who is able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment.

  • Facility operating protocols require park staff to take turns sleeping at the onsite accommodation.

  • Individuals with experience administering adventure park experiences, relevant academic training (degree or HND building technology, engineering, environmental management)


Salary Range: GHS 3500.00 - GHS 5000.00 per month gross depending on experience

Employees with excellent performance will become eligible for participation in the Company’s employee income-sharing scheme on their first anniversary of employment.
