Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and menu development. The Chef will be responsible for crafting high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and prepare innovative, high-quality dishes that align with the restaurant’s style and vision.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and service during operating hours.
Develop and regularly update the menu based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and current food trends.
Oversee food inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure ingredients are fresh and sufficient for daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that complies with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to create promotions, special menus, and events that attract customers.
Ensure food is consistently prepared and served to the highest standards in both taste and presentation.
Implement and enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols to meet local health department regulations.
Respond to customer feedback and address any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Culinary degree or relevant certification in cooking and food safety.
Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food ingredients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments, especially during peak dining hours.
Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control practices.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and keeping up with culinary trends.
