To date, we have helped hundreds of people find houses and land in various parts of the country and strive to help many more achieve property ownership.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kumasi for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the management and operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet the needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating property maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, Overseeing Service providers, managing lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and overseeing brokerage activities in the Kumasi operational areas.
Investigating and resolving property complaints and maintenance issues
Managing Service providers and subcontractors
Collecting management fees from tenants and homeowners
Overseeing brokerage activities
Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services
Liaising with utility providers and coordinating other stakeholders
Conducting regular inspections
Qualifications
Experience in property management, handling lease agreements, and tenant relations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Membership of a relevant Professional body
Ability to drive and possession of a Driver's License
