Sales Person (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the shop with professionalism and friendliness.

  • Actively promote the brand’s clothing items to customers and convert leads into sales.

  • Manage the store’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and posting promotions.

  • Handle direct messaging and inquiries from online clients in a timely and polite manner.

  • Maintain an appealing and organized sales environment within the store.

  • Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales, to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to marketing strategies and campaign ideas that boost sales.

  • Keep records of sales, update stock levels, and provide feedback on fast-moving or slow-selling items.

  • Collaborate with management to improve online and offline sales techniques.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of SHS education; additional certification in sales, marketing, or digital media is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail.

  • Strong interest in fashion and ability to promote clothing items with flair.

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

  • Confidence, friendliness, and excellent communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, messaging platforms, and social media tools.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
