Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Personnel with expertise in CCTV installation and maintenance, internet installation and troubleshooting, and hardware setup for computers and printers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and network systems, and maintaining security systems like CCTV.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

  • Experience Level : Mid level

  • Experience Length : 3 years


Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring they are fully operational and regularly maintained.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV performance and connectivity.

  • Set up and maintain internet networks, including routers, modems, and Wi-Fi access points.

  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and coordinate with service providers when necessary.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

  • Provide technical support to users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including inventory of hardware and software a sets.

  • Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on all IT equipment.

  • Assist in implementing IT security measures to safeguard systems from external threats.

  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of internet setup, network troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for computers, printers, and other peripherals.

  • Familiarity with basic IT security practices and protocols.

  • Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
