Seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic social media agency. This role combines professional and personal assistance.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling: Manage CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
Communication Management: Screen emails, draft correspondence, and act as liaison between CEO and stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Track tasks, update project management tools, and follow up on deadlines with team members.
Research & Reporting: Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with presentations and proposals.
Client & Partner Relations: Assist with client interactions, scheduling check-ins, and relationship management.
Social Media Support: Draft content, track analytics, and assist with influencer outreach.
Personal Task Management: Handle personal appointments, household tasks, errands, and family arrangements.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in communication and project management tools.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to multitask across professional and personal tasks seamlessly
