Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities.
Train and mentor sales team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (typically 3–5+ years).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
