Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Security Manager, located in Accra. The Area Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing security protocols. The individual will also ensure the compliance of security measures, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with local authorities. Daily tasks include monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of properties and personnel under their jurisdiction.
Qualifications
Physical Security and Security Management skills
Strong leadership and team man
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site role
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a security management role is a plus
Familiarity with security compliance and regulatory standards
