Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Identify and develop sales opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, lead generation, and client referrals.
Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate policies.
Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Conduct comprehensive insurance policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and make necessary adjustments.
Process insurance applications, quotes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to effectively communicate changes and updates to clients.
Qualifications:
A strong interest in insurance and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations (licensure or certifications may be required).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and clients.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for processing insurance applications and quotes.
