Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our auto workshop store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, leading a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
Analyze sales data and inventory levels
Source parts competitively and provide quotations
Engage with Service Coordinators and prioritize parts delivery
Maintain accurate stock records and update software/manual book
Establish partnerships with suppliers and present regular reports to management
Requirements:
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an auto workshop store
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Degree in business or related field preferred
Knowledge in QuickBooks is an added advantage
Knowledge in the auto workshop store is an added advantage
Salary Range: GHs2,000 to GHs3,000
Location: Accra
