Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our auto workshop store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, leading a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

  • Experience Level : Mid level

  • Experience Length : 3 years


Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints

  • Analyze sales data and inventory levels

  • Source parts competitively and provide quotations

  • Engage with Service Coordinators and prioritize parts delivery

  • Maintain accurate stock records and update software/manual book

  • Establish partnerships with suppliers and present regular reports to management


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an auto workshop store

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Degree in business or related field preferred

  • Knowledge in QuickBooks is an added advantage

  • Knowledge in the auto workshop store is an added advantage


Salary Range: GHs2,000 to GHs3,000

Location: Accra
