Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our team. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sale.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Proactively seek out and approach potential customers to promote our products/services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their features, benefits, and applications.
Educate customers on product/service offerings and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Sales Support:
Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting with order processing.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Must be more professional
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
