We are seeking a professional and dedicated Marketing & sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with other members of the marketing team to plan, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaigns.

Job Description
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and other members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
Responsible for the growth of our sales and mange whole marketing activities.
Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns and their own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content engaging content.
Coordinate promotional events and partnerships.
Analyze market trends and client’s feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creativity devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, Web Trends)
Reviewing progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords’ campaigns
Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits or interests.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and progressing figures with spreadsheets.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Previous experience of 2 years as a Marketing Officer role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assisting with design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media or social media etc.
