As we expand into a Creative Arts & Vocational Hub, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth, student recruitment, and strategic communications.


Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across Riohs’ programs and platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, capable of transforming Riohs’ story into campaigns that drive student enrollment, partnerships, and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Riohs’ growth roadmap (2025–2027).

  • Strengthen Riohs’ positioning as Ghana’s leading creative and vocational training institution.

  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and data-driven campaigns.


Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

  • Design and implement student enrollment campaigns (digital, offline, and experiential).

  • Optimize lead generation funnels and manage the admissions marketing process from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to achieve conversion growth.


Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Manage Riohs’ website, social media, and digital presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Produce and supervise creative content that highlights student success stories, alumni brands, and institutional milestones.

  • Run SEO, email, and paid ad campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.


Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with media houses, industry partners, and corporate sponsors.

  • Organize press releases, media interviews, and promotional collaborations.

  • Represent Riohs at exhibitions, education fairs, and public events.


Creative Direction & Brand Consistency

  • Supervise production of marketing materials (videos, photography, brochures, flyers, and digital content).

  • Ensure visual and message consistency across all brand touchpoints.


Market Insights & Research

  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis within the creative and vocational education sector.

  • Use insights to recommend new marketing opportunities and product positioning.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within education, fashion, or creative industries.

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign analytics.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite and CRM tools preferred.

  • Grow Riohs’ social media following and engagement by 40% or more.

  • Establish at least 3 new industry or corporate partnerships.

  • Launch 2 major campaigns per academic cycle that drive brand awareness and conversion.
