Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager, located in the Tema Metropolitan District. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, manage office equipment, and ensure efficient customer service interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation, supervising support staff, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring compliance with company policies and facilitating a smooth workflow within the office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration, including managing schedules and maintaining records.

• Proficiency in handling and maintaining office equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address client concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily office operations effectively.

• Proficiency in relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is an asset.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Must have at least 1-5 years of working experience.
