Branch Manager

Role Summary

The Lu Gold EDC Manager will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial management of the Accra office. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive student recruitment, develop institutional partnerships, manage a growing team, and ensure excellent client service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Office Leadership & Management

- Set up, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Accra office.

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team culture.

- Develop and implement operational processes aligned with company standards.


Business Development & Partnerships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international institutions, language schools, and pathway providers.

- Develop partnerships with high schools, universities, and organizations in Ghana for student recruitment.

- Represent Lu Gold EDC at education fairs, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.


Student Recruitment & Advisory Services

- Drive student recruitment targets by providing high-quality admissions and visa advisory services.

- Ensure students receive accurate guidance on courses, universities, scholarships, and visa procedures.

- Oversee test preparation programs (PTE/IELTS) and support marketing campaigns to promote them.


Sales & Marketing

- Lead marketing strategies to promote Lu Gold EDC’s services in Ghana.

- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy & Content team to create campaigns that drive student leads.

- Monitor conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment and ensure revenue growth.


Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare monthly performance reports and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with international education regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate student records and application tracking.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly and annual student recruitment/enrollment targets achieved.

- Growth of institutional partnerships and signed agreements.

- Conversion rates from inquiry to admission above 60%.

- Client satisfaction scores consistently above 90%.

- Staff productivity and retention within the Accra office.


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Education, International Relations, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in international education consulting, student recruitment, or higher

education management.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of overseas education pathways, student visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a new office into a market leader.

- High level of IT proficiency and CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage).
