 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Tema. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The position will also involve ensuring the safety and efficiency of forklift operations and supervising warehouse staff to maintain productivity and adherence to company procedures.

 Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage warehouse staff

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, and Material Handling

• Proficiency in Inventory Control to maintain stock accuracy

• Skilled in Forklift Operation

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work on-site in Accra

• Diploma, HND, CILT certificates or equivalent; additional logistics or supervisory training is a plus.
