Job Summary

We are seeking Sales & Marketing Representatives for below positions: 1. LED Lighting Marketing Representatives(4 people — Accra & Kumasi) 2. Window Blinds Sales Representatives (4 people — Accra & Kumasi)

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)

  • Experience Level : Entry level

  • Experience Length : 2 years


Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Visit wholesale markets and retail stores to maintain customer relationships.

  • Promote the company’s LED lighting products and household appliances to meet sales targets.

  • Market window blinds products and identify potential customers and project sites.

  • Collect market feedback, submit weekly reports promptly, and assist in optimizing product strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (wholesale market experience preferred).

  • High school, diploma or higher certificate with strong communication skills.

  • Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented.

Work Locations: - Accra (2 people) - Kumasi (2 people) Salary & Benefits: 

  • Negotiable salary with performance-based incentives,

  • Payment structure: Basic salary + allowance + commission.

  • Annual bonus (if company meets yearly sales targets).
