A Real Estate company is hiring the services of an Architectural Visualiser The role involves the following duties: Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree

• Experience Level : Mid level

• Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

-Proficiency in 3Ds Max/Sketchup, VR ay/Corona renderer/Unreal Engine

-Strong organizational time management skills.

-Ability to use Google Drive 

-Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and technical design documentation 

-Good knowledge of the principles and practices of architecture, not limited to color theory, composition, and photography.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

-Bachelor's Degree in a related field

-At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

-Highly motivated, energetic, determined, flexible, open-minded, positive, and charismatic.
