Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Medicine Counter Assistant. The Medicine Counter Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their medication needs, providing information on over-the-counter medicine, ensuring the proper handling and storage of medicines, maintaining the cleanliness of the counter area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Medicine Counter Assistant will help with patient care tasks and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations.

 Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care

• Manual Handling and Health & Safety

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is beneficial

• Relevant certification in a healthcare-related field is advantageous
