Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team at our Makeup and Perfume shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products and fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)

• Experience Level : Entry level

• Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing makeup and perfume products.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the shop’s product offerings, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions, to provide recommendations.

• Sales Assistance: Actively engage customers to boost sales and promote products, including upselling and cross-selling when necessary.

• Inventory Management: Help in tracking inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, andm report low stock levels to management.

• Product Display: Ensure products are displayed attractively and neatly, following visual merchandising guidelines.

• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide receipts to customers.

• Maintain Shop Cleanliness: Ensure the shop is tidy, including cleaning shelves, displays, and maintaining an organized environment.

• Handling Queries: Address customer questions, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, particularly in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance sales, is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of makeup and perfumes is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic math and cash handling skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:
