Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a gritty, driven, and process-minded Operations Manager to help us scale smoothly and sustainably. You’ll turn chaos into clarity. You’ll build the systems that ensure every doughnut, every delivery, every experience feels like a celebration. You’ll lead people, fix bottlenecks, cut waste, and prepare us to grow across regions. This is not just management. It’s ownership.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Production & Quality

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen and prep operations

  • Ensure every product meets our quality, consistency, and packaging standards

  • Manage production schedules and reduce downtime or waste

Delivery & Logistics

  • Lead the delivery team to ensure timely, smooth, and professional service

  • Build route and dispatch systems that scale

  • Monitor customer satisfaction around delivery reliability


People & Performance

  • Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen, packaging, and delivery staff.

  • Build a high-performance culture grounded in celebration and excellence.

  • Handle off-day scheduling, discipline, and performance reviews

Systems & Process

  • Create and document SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all departments.

  • Implement tools for tracking inventory, customer complaints, and fulfilment.

  • Constantly improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency

Cost & Inventory Control

  • Reduce waste and drive margin improvement.

  • Track and optimize usage of ingredients, packaging, and supplies.

  • Work with Finance to forecast and control operational spending

Growth & Expansion Readiness

  • Prepare the brand to scale into new locations.

  • Support rollout of pop-ups, or regional outlets as well as stands at events.

  • Lead pre-launch operations setup in new branches/locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years in operations, supply chain, or production management (FMCG/food preferred)

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent with structure, checklists, and accountability systems

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets or Excel, inventory apps or IT in general.

  • Experience scaling operations in fast-growth environments is a plus.
